Calibrations and Certifications

Calibrating and certifying equipment is a requirement with many contractors. Machines are tested and results are recorded for your records. All findings are directly traceable to The National Institute of Standards and Technology. All testing can be performed at your location and according to your schedule.

Do you know that Power Source Repair Company can refurbish your 3M or Miller PAPR?

Helmet Refurbishments Include: Suspension, shroud, grind shield, lens cover, and breathing tube cover replacement.
PAPR Blower Refurbisments Include: New filter, pre-filter, spark arrestor, full cleaning and battery testing.
Parts we replace: Pre-filter, spart arrestor, HEPA filter, comfort sweatband, neck protector, anti-fog visor, outer protection plate, inner protection plate, deflector foam seal and size reducing comfort pad.
Average costs:

Base line service is between $500 - $700

If the helmets don't need any additinal parts (other than those that we replace as part of the reconditioning process).
Follow the manufacturers' guidelines for recommended refurbishing service.

Direct labor is billed at $145.00 per helmet.
A written estimate will be provided for every helmet. If the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, a $70 estimate charge will apply.

You may choose to ship your PAPR directly to Power Source Repair Co. or, if your proximity allows, Power Source Repair Co. can pick up and return it to you for a quoted fee.

Power Source Repair Co. has recently been authorized by Miller Electric Company as a full service warranty repair facility for their EnPak power systems. We have a fully stocked service crane truck in our fleet to provide our customers with on-site lifting capability. From warranty repairs to full service preventative maintenance programs we are authorized to service all components.

We also have a remote load system that enables us to accurately duplicate the loads on the unit when it has been removed from the customers' vehicle. We have the ability to service companies with multiple locations due to our extensive service territory.
